Our campaign pledge

Boehringer Ingelheim is engaged in the Lighten the Load campaign to foster the health culture of our stakeholders, our employees and the communities we serve. We want to contribute in a significant reduction of MSDs by increasing awareness and communicate intensively with all available channels in our company to touch people. To achieve our goal we will endorse appropriate resourcing, engage us in different communication events, and launch training contents on different aspects of MSDs worldwide through our international network.

We continuously strive to optimize the work environment of our employees to fulfill our vision “zero by Choice” regarding occupational incidents and illnesses. This led us to participate in the “Lighten the Load” campaign. We are sure that our participation will help us to promote optimal ergonomic conditions in all our workplaces. Furthermore, we are eager to commonly with the other campaign members work on the challenge to prevent ergonomic disorders
