MSDs impacting office employees deserve increasing attention and action, as conditions in the working/ teleworking environment are changing.

To address the issue and raise awareness about it, TITAN Cement Company, in collaboration with a leading osteocare organization in Greece, will implement a webinar for its HQs employees about basic office ergonomics, the various MSDs related to a sedentary behaviour and several tips for preventing them.

The webinar includes:

• Demonstration of exercises by experts, with simultaneous explanation by the main speaker
• Topics about workspace organization (from choosing the proper chair to generally improving work and ambience conditions)
• Topics about body ergonomics (how to ascertain the first symptoms, when to consult an expert and how to cope with any musculoskeletal problems

At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to place their questions.
