Both of these factors depend on:
- the time available for the necessary internal resources, and the period of the year when they are likely to be most available
- how much money you have
- whether you want to communicate time-sensitive information (such as the launch of a report)
- whether there are any external events that you need to take into consideration
- how long it will take to reach your target audience effectively.
