Safety is our number 1 priority and we believe that all accidents and incidents are preventable. Participating in the ‘Lighten the Load’ campaign will help us support our existing manual handling programs with external content from a recognised 3rd party organisation. This will help to reinforce the principles and look to eliminate these types of incidents and injuries.

At Air Products, many of the tasks our employees undertake are manual intensive, so being a partner in the ‘Lighten the Load’ campaign will enable us to share the learnings, learn from others and help eliminate this type of injury. We want our employees to go home in the same condition that they came to work in, and our involvement in this campaign will help us to achieve this.
