Experts in OSH delve into digitalisation and risk prevention in Cyprus
Lifelong learning is essential for staying current with the latest developments in every sector. For professionals in the field of safety and health at work, it is crucial to safeguard the wellbeing of workers.
Accredited experts in occupational safety and health (OSH) from Cyprus are receiving a workshop covering the latest innovations and changes within the sector. The participants will overview occupational accidents for the year 2022 and strategies for their prevention, learn about technical inspections of gas installations, lifting machinery and pressure systems and receive practical instructions on how to prepare written risk assessments.
During the event, organised by the Department of Labour Inspection, Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, our focal point in Cyprus, the attendees will also delve into the latest updates to OSH legislation. The highlight of the day will be the discussion on the role played by OSH consultants in navigating safety and health in an increasingly digital workplace, central theme of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign ‘Safety work in the digital age’. Attendees will gain valuable insights into sustainable OSH practices that can be implemented for a safe digital future.
