Obravnavanje različnih vprašanj, povezanih s staranjem delovne sile, ki obsegajo vse od spodbujanja zdravja na delovnem mestu do politike vračanja na delo in ocene tveganja, ki upošteva raznovrstnost delovne sile, se morda zdi strašansko zahtevno, vendar so na voljo viri, s katerimi si lahko pomagate pri sprejemanju pravih odločitev.
