O tratamento das múltiplas questões associadas ao envelhecimento da população ativa — desde a promoção da saúde no local de trabalho até à política de regresso ao trabalho e à avaliação de riscos sensível à diversidade — pode parecer assustador, mas há recursos que podem ajudá-lo a tomar as decisões corretas. Apresentamos aqui algumas ferramentas e orientações práticas desenvolvidas a nível nacional, da UE e internacional para ajudar as organizações e, em especial, as pequenas e médias empresas, a gerirem eficazmente o envelhecimento da mão-de-obra e a tomarem medidas positivas para minimizar o risco, mesmo com um orçamento limitado.
