Europe is facing a stress epidemic and musculoskeletal disorders is sadly one of the outcomes. More than half of all workers in the EU report that work-related stress is common in their workplace. To really Lighten the Load, we should fight to End Stress in the EU. For Eurocadres, the link between psychosocial risks and MSDs underpins the need to for a new EU directive to tackle the stress epidemic. We need a directive which addresses psychosocial risks, violence and harassment and improves work organisation.
