Praktische hulpmiddelen en richtsnoeren

Het aanpakken van het brede scala aan problemen dat verband houdt met een vergrijzende beroepsbevolking — van het stimuleren van gezondheid op het werk tot re-integratiebeleid en risicobeoordeling waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met diversiteit — lijkt wellicht een onmogelijk opgave, maar er zijn hulpbronnen die u kunnen helpen om de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Hier presenteren we enkele praktische hulpmiddelen en richtsnoeren die op nationaal, EU- en internationaal niveau zijn ontwikkeld om organisaties, met name kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen, te helpen om een vergrijzende beroepsbevolking op succesvolle wijze te beheren en positieve maatregelen te nemen om de risico's te beperken, ook als het budget hiervoor beperkt is.
