"Managing labor activity of employees 50+ " is a project which aims to maintain work activity of employees which are over 50 years old. It targets the development and implementation of a solution for employees in micro, small and middle sized companies, as well as the social businesses.

"Managing labor activity of employees 50+ " is a project which aims to maintain work activity of employees which are over 50 years old. It targets the development and implementation of a solution for employees in micro, small and middle companies, as well as the social businesses.

The solution will contain a concept depicting better usage of employees’ resources over 50 years. Its emphasis lies especially on the bigger risk of age connected diseases and the weaker physical and mental condition of older people. The concept also tries to break up with the stereotype of employees 50+, which causes the tendency to employ younger people.

The product will be presented as a wholesome system of management activities of employees 50+ containing i.e. training materials, organisational procedure of Health Days, instructional films, audio-books, online workshops and manuals for trainers, participants, presentations, informational leaflets, packages about psychological burdens, ways of health care, avoiding cardiovascular diseases, healthy nutrition and life style.
The target group of the project is micro, small and middle sized companies, training companies and the business surrounding institutions.

The main aims to achieve are:
1. Preparation of the solution (with the supranational partners);
2. Testing solutions in the target group;
3. Analysis of testing results;
4. Preparation of a final product, ready for implementation;
5. Implementation of the solution;
6. Prepare recommendation for users' organisations.
