Slovenia - Seminar on healthy jobs in education

This seminar underlines the importance of safety and health at work in education and training and showcases ways to manage employees of all ages.

Speakers highlight how to educate about OSH in schools, for example in chemistry, physics or music lessons. They also show ways of protecting workers from the risks of constant exposure to noise and stress in the field of education.

Speakers explain how to manage a diverse workforce and how to deal with stereotypes about different generations at work. They highlight intergenerational cooperation as a method to overcome the challenges of an ageing workforce.

The seminar concludes with a screening of the animated movie “Automatic Fitness”, a satire on the modern, high paced working world.
