PostEurop Kick-Off Meeting - ‘INNOV’AGE in the Postal Sector' Project
PostEurop hosts a three-day kick-off meeting on the European Commission Erasmus+ project ‘INNOV’AGE in the Postal Sector’ which is coordinated by La Poste. The aim of the project is to develop an innovative training prototype to promote intergenerational diversity within the sector.
The kick-off meeting will bring together the project partners, including PostEurop, Bulgarian Posts, Posta Romana, Poste Italiane, University of Bordeaux, Hellenic Post, KEK-ELTA, Cyprus Post and InoSalus. This will be a great opportunity to share good practice and experience, and to plan the next steps and activities of the project.
Training is a key aspect of the project, with a view to the sector adapting to the digital economy. It is also an opportunity to share knowledge between generations to address the issue of age management and increase social inclusion in a sector that represents 2 million workers.
Manon Emonts from EU-OSHA’s liaison office in Brussels will attend the event to present the Healthy Workplace for All Ages campaign and talk about promoting sustainable working lives.
The Association of European Public Postal Operators (PostEurop) provides members with interconnectivity, common development initiatives, and the opportunity to share best practices. They are official partners of the Healthy Workplaces for All Ages campaign.
