A workplace health promotion project in INAIL: survey and intervention on healthy eating

During the conference the INAIL project “Eating prevention at workplace” will be illustrated.


The project is focused on the analysis of eating habits of seven hundred people of INAIL working population, exploring the determining factors that are the basis of choices of healthy (or unhealthy) eating, as well as factors in the work environment that can influence it. Based on the results of the analysis organizational and structural changes will be identified to be proposed to the management to improve eating habits and encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles.
