Take part in IOSH’s online webinar on the Healthy Workplaces for All Ages Campaign
Official campaign partner, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), conducts an online webinar on Thursday 26 October at 12.30 pm as part of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work (23 to 27 October).
Hosted by IOSH’s Technical Information Manager Judith McNulty-Green, the webinar focuses on the themes of the Healthy Workplaces for All Ages Campaign in relation to the challenges arising from an ageing workforce in Europe.
Attendees learn about using a multi-disciplinary approach to managing Occupation Safety and Health (OSH) in the context of an ageing workforce, how to implement a diversity-sensitive risk assessment, and how to adapt workplaces to benefit all ages.
The hour-long course also covers prevention, rehabilitation and return to work, educating and training workers, human resources and OSH management. Attendees discover a range of resources to support practitioners in engaging in the area of a healthy workplace for all ages.
The webinar is useful for all industries and ideal for IOSH members, health and safety professionals/managers and workers. It is free to attend but don’t forget to register online to book your place.
