A breakfast seminar followed up by a journalists and experts roundtable on good and healthy workplaces for the future - how to plan a sustainable working life - is organised by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

Both breakfast seminar and roundtable aim to inspire and motivate the participants to think through the changes coming within their own industry in the future, consider which consequences the changes may have on their own employees and work environments, and plan how potential future changes should be handled at their own workplace.

Speakers of both sessions discuss work life and work environments of the future, with an entrepreneurial perspective that highlights young workers’ expectations for work life, and the importance of diversity management in a changing work environment.

Speakers:

  • Pål Molander, Director, STAMI
  • Malin Frantzen, Ungt Entreprenørskap
  • Anita Schjøll Brede, Founder and CEO of IRIS AI
