Our campaign pledge
A safe and healthy workplace, both for our employees and for our partners is TITAN’s highest priority and a goal towards which we work tirelessly. Cultivating a corporate culture on health and well-being is embedded in our philosophy and we have created an environment where –both individually and collectively– we are responsible for our personal health, safety and well-being, as well as that of our colleagues. We urge our suppliers, contractors and third parties to adopt similar views and practices. TITAN looks forward to partnering with EU-OSHA and joining the network of leading public and private organisations that would leverage the experience and best practices we have accumulated over our 118-year history to maximize the impact of the LIGHTEN THE LOAD campaign. As a formal campaign partner, we are committed to making a positive contribution through the vocal endorsement of senior management, the active involvement of occupational physicians and nurses and the mobilization of our employees. We will enrich the current employee health and well-being program with targeted events and trainings using the campaign material and creating new; educate and train occupational physicians, as well as engineering students through our collaboration with BEST; act as a multiplier of the campaign messages to our wide network of partners and engage local communities in raising awareness for MSDs; promote/participate in the Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards.
