Affrontare le varie questioni legate all'invecchiamento della forza lavoro — dalla promozione della salute sul lavoro alla politica di reinserimento al lavoro e alla valutazione dei rischi sensibile alla diversità — può apparire un compito arduo ma esistono risorse che possono aiutarti a prendere le decisioni giuste. In questa sede presentiamo alcuni strumenti pratici e orientamenti elaborati a livello nazionale, di UE e internazionale per aiutare le organizzazioni, e in particolare le piccole e medie imprese, a intervenire concretamente per ridurre i rischi, anche con risorse finanziarie limitate.
