Mission Statement
The purpose of Parques Reunidos is to provide authentic memorable experiences and happiness to our guests across generations contributing to the growth of our communities and partners

We understand that this mission can only be achieved in a work environment that is safe and healthy for all our employees and other team members.
Our campaign pledge
Parques Reunidos is one of the leading global operators of regional leisure parks. After 50 years in the sector, we now operate a diversified portfolio of more than 60 different assets (theme parks, zoos and marine parks, water parks, indoor entertainment centers and other attractions), spread out over various countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia. Through our 2020-2025 sustainability strategy we integrate into our day-to-day operations, the growth of our business, the development and protection of people, and the minimisation of environmental impacts and protection of the environment. Within that framework, the prevention of work-related incidents and, in particular, the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), allow us to protect individual workers, but also to improve business competitiveness by reducing sickness absence, and to reduce the burden on national health systems. We plan to contribute to the Healthy Workplaces Campaign by raising internal awareness, disseminating campaign materials, organising workshops and webinars, promoting tools and resources for managing work-related MSDs, sharing -internally and externally- good practices for prevention and taking part in the European Weeks. Being an EU-OSHA campaign partner is an opportunity for us to strengthen our commitment to ensure safe and healthy leisure parks for our team members and guests.
