Eliminating work-related cancer unites experts at Finnish EU presidency conference

To support the Roadmap on Carcinogens, Finland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union held a special conference on 27-28 November — ‘Working together to eliminate occupational cancer’.
Along with EU-OSHA, participants included experts from the European Commission, social partners and national bodies responsible for occupational safety and health.
The purpose? To share knowledge and good practice on reducing exposure to carcinogens at work, and review what the roadmap has achieved and what still needs to be done.
