Engaged and healthy employees are our greatest asset and we strive to provide a workplace environment and culture which values employees health for its contribution to work. Our commitment is to improve our employees' health, developing skills and lifestyle changes that allow us to achieve a greater degree of physical, mental and social well-being. We are happy to join the “Healthy Workplaces for all Ages” Campaign and to have the opportunity to both contribute and benefit from the exchange of good practices with the Agency and the other official partners, in the light of the challenges that come along with the demographic changes in our society.
We are the only car company in the sector with the full-range capacity to design, develop, manufacture and market cars in Spain. We are positive that this new facility is an important step in order to keep our ageing workforce healthy.
