Promoting good musculoskeletal health to university staff... with a little help from Napo!

The National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, in cooperation with our Greek focal point, will provide an online seminar to introduce administrative personnel at the University to the content and the goals of the Lighten the Load campaign, as well as the basic principles of occupational safety and health (OSH).

Participants will also be guided through the national OSH system and legislation. They will have an opportunity to go through the “Napo in the workplace - Understanding MSDs” training material, in addition to viewing episodes from the two Napo films dedicated to MSDs. The impact of sedentary work, teleworking from home and the relationship between work-related stress and MSDs will be topics of particular focus throughout the session.
