Our campaign pledge
EWF circulates the EU-OSHA campaign materials and information to its 29 member country representatives for use in the training and qualification courses in welding and joining in Europe. This reaches more than 15 000 professionals each year.

The European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) manages a harmonized system for training qualification and certification for welding and joining personnel used in most European countries. EWF has the role of forecasting the needs of the manufacturing industry and update the profiles for qualification of personnel accordingly. Health & Safety is one of the topics where innovation is continuous and through the participation in the healthy workplaces campaign EWF keeps its 29 member country representatives informed about the EU-OSHA campaigns by circulating information for use in the training and qualification courses which cover EQF levels 2 to 7.
